Hexa Jam Escape

Effective Date: September 26, 2026  ·  Last Updated: September 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ztapps ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Hexa Jam Escape (the "Game").

Summary: The Game does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, phone number, mailing address, or precise location. Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. If advertising is enabled, third-party advertising services may automatically collect device, advertising, usage, and diagnostic data as described below.

1. Information We Handle

Information stored locally

The Game stores information such as level progress, in-game currency, audio and vibration preferences, tutorial state, and similar gameplay settings on your device. This information is used to provide and restore gameplay. We do not receive this locally stored information unless you voluntarily include it in a support request.

Advertising and technical information

When production advertising is enabled, the Game uses Unity LevelPlay mediation and may use advertising partners such as Unity Ads and Google AdMob. These services may automatically collect or receive:

  • IP address, which may be used to estimate a general location such as a country or city;
  • Device and app identifiers, including an advertising identifier where available and permitted;
  • Device information such as device model, operating-system version, language, and network connection;
  • Game and advertisement interactions, including app launches, taps, ad requests, impressions, video views, rewards, and ad performance;
  • Diagnostic and performance information, such as SDK errors, crashes, loading time, and technical reliability data; and
  • Consent, opt-out, and child-directed-treatment signals where applicable.

The precise data handled can vary by device, region, consent choice, advertising partner, and SDK configuration. Advertising partners process information under their own privacy policies.

Support communications

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and any screenshots or technical details you attach. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

Information we do not request

The Game does not currently provide user accounts and does not directly request your real name, postal address, phone number, gender, occupation, contacts, photos, microphone data, camera data, or precise GPS location.

2. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Game;
  • Save gameplay progress and remember preferences;
  • Provide rewarded and interstitial advertisements;
  • Measure ad delivery, frequency, performance, and engagement;
  • Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Diagnose technical problems and improve reliability;
  • Respond to support requests; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

3. Advertising, Consent, and Personalization

The Game may display rewarded advertisements that you choose to watch for an in-game benefit and interstitial advertisements at natural gameplay breaks.

Where required, the advertising system waits for a privacy or consent decision before initializing production advertising. Depending on your region and choices, advertisements may be personalized or contextual. Withdrawing or refusing consent does not necessarily remove advertisements; it may result in non-personalized or contextual advertising.

You can also manage advertising choices through your device settings, including resetting or deleting the Android advertising ID or limiting tracking on supported platforms. Some advertisements provide their own privacy-choice control.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share or allow information to be collected in these circumstances:

  • Advertising and mediation providers: to request, deliver, measure, limit, and protect advertisements;
  • Service providers: to operate, secure, diagnose, or support the Game;
  • Legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect users, investigate fraud, or defend legal rights;
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets; and
  • With your direction or consent: when you ask us to disclose information or otherwise consent.

Depending on applicable law, advertising-related disclosure of identifiers or activity may be considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a "sale" even when no money is exchanged for the information.

5. Third-Party Services

The Game includes or is configured to support the following services:

Third-party services are responsible for their own processing practices. Their policies explain the information they collect, their legal bases, retention practices, and available privacy controls.

6. Data Retention

Local gameplay information remains on your device until it is cleared through the Game, removed through device or operating-system controls, or deleted when the Game is uninstalled, subject to platform behavior and backups.

We retain support communications only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Advertising providers determine retention periods for information they process under their own policies.

7. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent regarding personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sharing, or sale as those terms are defined by applicable law.

To make a request concerning information controlled by us, email savefromgallery@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request. Because most gameplay data is stored only on your device and the Game does not use an account system, we may be unable to identify or retrieve that local data from our systems.

Requests involving information controlled by an advertising provider may need to be submitted directly to that provider using its privacy controls. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Children's Privacy

Hexa Jam Escape is not directed to children under 13, or to a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact savefromgallery@gmail.com. We will review the request and take appropriate action. If the Game is offered to children or mixed audiences in the future, we will apply appropriate age screening, child-directed advertising settings, consent requirements, and platform-family policies.

9. International Processing

Advertising and service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Providers may use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers where required.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the Game and the information involved. However, no method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. External Links and Advertisements

Advertisements or links in the Game may lead to third-party websites, apps, or stores. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before providing information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, SDKs, legal requirements, or data practices change. The revised policy will show a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Game or store listing where appropriate.
